The LF90CA is a proven workhorse with hundreds in service today. Containers are automatically transferred on a conveyor in and out of the machine, being filled automatically each time a batch of empty bottles arrives in the filling area. This automatic multi nozzle liquid filler is capable of filling up to 12 containers per cycle depending on container specifications. It uses adjustable overflow nozzles to ensure that each container is filled to precisely the same level every time. It can be equipped with nozzles in diameters ranging from 3/8" to 7/8" depending on the neck size of the container to be filled. Containers from 100mL to 4L can be accommodated Additionally, the LF90CA can be configured with either a centrifugal or positive displacement pump as dictated by the flow characteristics of the product.

The LF90ST is a proven workhorse with hundreds in service today. Containers are manually shuttled along a slide table and indexed via a manual stop. The operator presses a start button and the filling cycle begins. Once the filling cycle has been completed the nozzle bar lifts and waits until the operator presses the button once again. This semi-automatic multi nozzle liquid filler is capable of filling up to 12 containers per cycle depending on container specifications. It uses adjustable overflow nozzles to ensure that each container is filled to precisely the same level every time. It can be equipped with nozzles in diameters ranging from 3/8" to 7/8" depending on the neck size of the container to be filled. Containers from 100mL to 4L can be accommodated. The MP90NG-CA is an extremely versatile liquid filler that can easily handle both thin and viscous liquids. The design allows for bottom-up, subsurface fills along with a microprocessor controlled profiled filling rate, making this an ideal choice for filling foamy products. Accuracies of +/- 0.5 ml are typical for most products.
These inline fillers can be customized to suit any size container or conveyor length. Container sizes from 10mL to 10L can be accommodated.

The PF20-CA is an extremely versatile liquid filler that can easily handle both thin and very viscous liquids. The design allows for bottom-up, subsurface fills. Accuracies of +/- 0.5 % by volume are typical for most products.
